Will they blind me with technical jargon that I don’t understand?
Each member of our staff is a computer enthusiast, some may say that we are Natural Born Geeks, but that doesn’t mean that we aren’t sensitive to those who are less comfortable with tech. We aim to give people all the information and advice that they need in a plain and down to earth way that they can understand and relate to. This is a totally free service and comes with absolutely no strings attached. There will be no pressure to buy products and services – just free friendly advice from experts in our field.
Will they give me the time that I need to talk through my needs?
All too often the answer to this in a resounding NO. It seems weird to us but it seems that most computer shops and tech businesses are guilty of these things. All too often they are neither accessible nor friendly. Not so at The Media Shop! We are just a friendly bunch of lads.
So can I just pop in and chat about anything?
Yes. Absolutely. We are best qualified to talk about all things tech but if you want to have a chat about the weather, or the football. Then who are we to say no! Like someone once said “It’s good to talk.”
